Education faces the requirement of comprehensive innovation

On April 16, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province coordinated with Can Tho University to organize a workshop "Creating education in the digital age to improve the quality of education and training in Ca Mau".

Speaking at the conference, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai - Vice Rector of Can Tho University - said that the 4.0 industrial revolution is having a profound impact on all areas of life, in which education and training are the fields directly affected but are also an important driving force for development.

According to Mr. Hai, the major policies of the Party, the resolutions of the Central Government on education innovation, science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation have set an urgent requirement to fundamentally and comprehensively innovate the education system towards modernity and integration.

For Ca Mau, improving the quality of education is of particular importance in developing human resources, creating breakthroughs for the local socio-economy and successfully implementing the goals of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution.

Many breakthrough solutions are proposed

Assoc. According to Mr. Huy, Ca Mau education is facing a "turning point", has a foundation but has not created a breakthrough. Therefore, the province needs to comprehensively restructure the education system towards modernity, flexibility, balance and adaptation to the digital age.
