Accordingly, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain on May 17, flooding and landslides occurred in Ly Quoc commune in many areas, causing more than 100 households to be affected, and many properties and crop areas to be damaged.
Responding to the emulation movement "Three most: Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people" in the People's Police force, on May 18, the Logistics Department of Cao Bang Provincial Police established a working group to directly visit the area to visit and encourage people affected by natural disasters.

Here, the working delegation presented support to 4 heavily damaged households, each household 5 million VND, with a total support budget of 20 million VND to help families overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives after the rain and floods.
In addition to providing financial support, officers and soldiers of the Logistics Department also directly participate in clearing mud and soil, cleaning houses, and supporting people to overcome the consequences after natural disasters.
