On August 20, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that a police officer of Viet Lam commune had just promptly supported a mother and child who had a traffic accident on National Highway 2.
Previously, on the way to work through Km26, National Highway 2, the section belonging to Vi Xuyen commune, Tuyen Quang province, Captain Nguyen Trung Nam, an officer of Viet Lam Commune Police, discovered Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Ly (born in 1993, residing in My village, Vi Xuyen commune) and her young child unfortunately in a traffic accident.
Realizing that the victims needed urgent medical support, Captain Nguyen Trung Nam immediately stopped the vehicle, approached the scene and inquired about the health of the mother and child.
Not letting the victims wait, Captain Nam quickly supported to put the mother and child on the car, and at the same time coordinated with people to take the victims to Vi Xuyen General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Thanks to being taken to a medical facility in time, the mother and child were received, examined and cared for by medical staff.
The quick and responsible action of Captain Nguyen Trung Nam in the above situation contributed to supporting the victims to overcome the dangerous time after the accident.
