In order to spread the spirit of mutual love and promote the humanistic value of social security policies, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has launched a campaign program to donate social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances in the city, towards a warmer and more complete Tet season.
Previously, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued an Open Letter (Operating document No. 712/MTTQ-BTT dated October 8, 2025), hoping that organizations, businesses, and employers will join hands to contribute and support the cost of giving social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances.
Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance is committed to receiving and fully recording all support in accordance with regulations, publicizing and transparently informing on the media and the industry's Electronic Information Portal. At the same time, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance will coordinate with sponsors to organize a suitable award ceremony, spread the good meaning of the program and broadcast news and reports on Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television to effectively replicate.
Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance hopes to continue to receive support and assistance before December 31, 2025 to promptly hand over social insurance books and health insurance cards to beneficiaries in January 2026, helping people welcome the new spring with faith and hope.
Each health insurance card awarded to people in difficult circumstances not only has material value, but also contains affection, sharing and compassion, a great source of encouragement to help people feel secure in taking care of their health, overcoming difficulties and improving their lives, said Mr. Tran Dung Ha - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance.
