On the morning of June 17, Hai Duong Provincial Library opened the 2025 Summer Children's Book Festival, attracting the large participation of students in Hai Duong province. This is a practical activity in response to the Action Month for Children, while encouraging and developing the reading movement among the younger generation.
The festival is held from June 17 to 20 with many rich activities such as: displaying art books, history books, comics, life skills books, learning reference books... suitable for children. The painting contest with the theme "I love your Fatherland" for primary school students is also a highlight.
They also participate in many attractive experiential activities such as "using handwriting", "painting according to books", making handmade items, creating products from recycled materials; reading at the "green library corner", exchanging English with foreign teachers...
Through the festival, Hai Duong Provincial Library hopes to create a friendly and healthy reading culture space for children during the summer; contributing to fostering personality, enhancing thinking and fostering passion for knowledge in the younger generation.
