The Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere in Nha Trang in recent days has become more bustling and warm thanks to meaningful charity programs organized by students and local units.
At the Hon Nghe 2 Residential Group Cultural House (Tay Nha Trang Ward), children had a memorable Mid-Autumn Festival night in the "Mid-Autumn Connection 2025" program.
This activity was jointly organized by students from the University of the Pacific.
Previously, members of the school's Tri Tam Club have implemented many creative fundraising activities such as making handmade lanterns, decorating statues, mobilizing friends, teachers and businesses to support, thereby donating more than 4 million VND.
The entire amount was used to prepare 30 beautiful Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to give to children in difficult circumstances.
During the festival night, students not only coordinated and organized the program but also transformed into Ms. Hang, Uncle Cuoi, bringing many unique performances.
The space of Hon Nghe 2 Cultural House is bustling with the sound of lion drums, children's laughter and the radiant eyes of parents.
Through this activity, students of Pacific University are trained in a sense of social responsibility, practice humanistic values and develop soft skills - important factors to become useful citizens for the community.
At the same time, Khanh Hoa Children's House also organized the "Full Moon Festival" program for nearly 700 children from social protection centers, shelters, SOS Children's Village Nha Trang, along with clubs, teams, and specialized groups of the Children's House.
Here, students participated in many exciting activities such as tree tray decoration competitions, lantern making competitions, Mid-Autumn Festival painting competitions, folk games, lion dance - martial arts performances...
In addition, 700 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts and evening parties have been carefully prepared for more than 600 children in difficult circumstances, orphans, and disabled people.
The program shows the interest of all levels, sectors and the social community in bringing children a complete Mid-Autumn Festival, while creating a useful playground, contributing to nurturing the soul and nurturing dreams for future generations.
