After nearly a month of participating in Miss World 2026, Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc has returned to Ho Chi Minh City. On September 8 and 9, the representative of Vietnam had a meeting with the media, sharing about her journey at this year's contest.
Bao Ngoc said that a month of participating in Miss World brought many special experiences, from competitions, community activities to the opportunity to meet representatives from many countries and territories.
The past month has been a very special journey for Ngoc. There are challenges that make me try harder, but in return there are many experiences and memories that Ngoc will remember forever," she shared.
At the final held on the evening of September 5th in 2/4 Square, Nha Trang, Bao Ngoc stopped in the Top 6 overall. This is the highest achievement of the Vietnamese representative at Miss World to date.
During the competition journey, Bao Ngoc won Top Model in Asia - Oceania, thereby gaining a place in the Top 40. She also reached the Top 20 Head to Head Challenge, Top 23 Talent and Top 24 Beauty With a Purpose.
After the final, Top 3 Miss World 2026 including Miss Joheirry Mola from the Dominican Republic, 1st Runner-up Elisabeth Reynés from Spain and 2nd Runner-up Taanusiya Chetty from Malaysia also began their first activities in their new positions.
The three beauties had a meeting, sending thanks to the leaders of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and local departments and agencies for their companionship during the contest in Vietnam.
The Top 3 then continued to participate in exchange activities, meeting partners and units accompanying Miss World 2026.
This year's contest is the 75th anniversary of Miss World and is the first time it has been held in Vietnam. The activities last nearly a month, with the participation of more than 100 contestants from many countries and territories.
In their new positions, the Top 3 will continue to accompany Miss World in community and social activities and projects under the Beauty With a Purpose program.
With Bao Ngoc, the Top 6 achievement closes a remarkable journey of the Vietnamese representative in this playground, and at the same time creates a new milestone for Vietnamese beauty at Miss World.
