Right from the early days in the common house, Miss Vietnam 2026 contestants have entered quite strict catwalk classes.
According to director Ngoc Anh Nana, starting from basic skills, contestants are instructed on how to stand, how to walk, how to balance, control gravity and body movement. She uses many exercises to help girls form reflexes instead of just mechanically memorizing movements.
From basic skills, the difficulty is gradually increased. Contestants practice shouting names, mastering moments of appearing in front of the audience, combining steps with expressions and demeanor.
In addition, contestants are also introduced to the swimsuit performance. This is the part that requires clearer body control when the outfit is minimalist, and all body movements are easily noticeable.
In addition to technique, Ngoc Anh Nana focuses on helping contestants liberate their bodies, understand body advantages and learn how to master the stage.
According to the female director, the Miss Vietnam contest has its own standards. Therefore, she wants to share many experiences that she personally summarized after many years in the profession to help contestants shine in each competition.
After the first practice sessions, the female director realized the ability to adapt quickly and appreciated the thinking and flexibility of the girls. According to Ngoc Anh Nana, many contestants have had clear changes, knowing how to quickly grasp techniques, proactively correct mistakes and be more confident when stepping on the practice floor.
Ngoc Anh Nana hopes that what the contestants are trained in at the common house will be clearly shown on the final stage of Miss Vietnam 2026.
