Not simply a competition playground, Finding the National Young Speaker Oanh Vang Storytelling Star also creates an environment to help students practice communication skills, develop creative thinking and emotional expression skills.
In the Final round, with the theme "The Party's buds in the country's journey of renovation", the contestants had to face a significant challenge when they both needed depth of thinking, and required emotions and stage presence. After 3 competitions including Introduction - personal slogan, Spokesperson talent, Interaction with the Judging Panel, Hoang Ngoc Bao Anh convinced the judging panel with her confident demeanor, clear arguments and flexible reflexes and won the Champion title.

Sharing about the reason for participating in the competition, Bao Anh said that she wants to step out of her own limits to experience new things.
One of the special points that helps Bao Anh stand out is her quick reflexes and calmness when facing unexpected questions from the judges. Contestants from The Dewey Schools (Tay Ho Tay, Hanoi) said that each contestant has their own style, the important thing is to know how to promote their strengths.
In the Final round with a political topic, Bao Anh prepared the content of her presentation starting from asking questions, analyzing keywords, drawing mind maps and then developing ideas logically. Contestants also put themselves in the position of characters in the speech to convey more realistic emotions.
Through the contest, Bao Anh also had more profound thoughts about the role of the young generation: "In my opinion, building the country not only starts from great things but also from small things every day with patriotism and will to rise up, such as studying seriously, helping parents, protecting the environment, behaving civilized and spreading positive things. I believe that when every young sprout tries to grow up, Vietnamese ancient trees will always be green, sustainable and rise in the future".
According to writer and journalist Hoang Du - Editor-in-Chief of the Literature and Arts Times, Head of the Organizing Committee, the contest is designed to create space for students to develop their storytelling and public speaking skills.
He also said that combining storytelling with stage performance and choosing topical topics is a significant challenge, even for adults.
