According to the 2026 university admission fee payment schedule, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) divides the payment schedule in 34 provinces and cities into 6 time milestones to limit overload.
Candidates in Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh will pay fees from July 19 to 5 pm on July 20 through the National Public Service Portal.
Candidates should note that only when the fee is successfully paid, the aspirations will be eligible for the system to record and put into the common data processing cycles.
If this step is not completed on time, all previously registered aspirations will be considered invalid and will not be included in the system for admission consideration.
To pay the fee, candidates log in to the Ministry of Education and Training's system. In the nguyện vọng registration information section, candidates select the "Payment" section, check the number of nguyện vọng, the amount to be paid and then confirm payment.
Candidates can pay through many channels such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank, BIDV, SHB banks; VPBank, TPBank, MBBank, HDBank, or e-wallets such as VNPT Money, Momo, Viettel Money, and some other intermediary payment channels. All are displayed on the screen for candidates to choose from.
