Khanh Hoa - Locality requests to focus resources on thoroughly handling reflections and petitions that are delayed or prolonged, avoiding shirking responsibility.

On April 6, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units, and localities to rectify and improve the effectiveness of handling reflections and recommendations of people on the Khanh Hoa-S System, considering this as a key and regular task.

According to the direction, heads of agencies, units, and localities must directly direct, inspect, and be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee if delays occur or formalities are resolved.

At the same time, units need to proactively review and focus resources to thoroughly handle reflections and recommendations that are delayed or prolonged, ensuring smooth coordination procedures between provincial and commune levels, avoiding shirking responsibility.

Khanh Hoa province also requires the content of people's feedback to be clear, with actual results and illustrative images.

Agencies, units, and localities need to strengthen interaction, listen to people's assessments after handling, thereby promptly adjusting working methods, striving to minimize the percentage of people who are dissatisfied.

In addition, propaganda about the KhanhHoa-S application continues to be promoted through local media channels and community digital technology groups, encouraging people to participate in monitoring and contributing opinions to build government through information technology systems.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to be responsible for regularly checking and monitoring the progress and quality of handling; promptly reminding and urging cases of delays or responses that do not meet requirements.

Recording the rectification step of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, many people expressed their agreement, saying that tightening the responsibility for handling reflections and recommendations on the KhanhHoa-S application is necessary in the context of digital transformation being promoted.

Some opinions suggest that if implemented seriously, this policy will help people's voices be heard faster and clearer.

Mr. Duc Thao - a resident of Nam Nha Trang ward - assessed that the request for answers with proof images is considered a positive new point, contributing to limiting the situation of general, unverified answers as before.
