Pham Hoai Anh, a 9B student - Ngu Phuc Secondary School, is a typical example of studious spirit and will to rise up in difficult circumstances. His family is a near-poor household, lacking the protection of his father. His mother is disabled, losing her left arm, still diligently raising two children, Hoai Anh and his younger brother Pham Minh Duc (2A class) to study.
