The event became an opportunity for many people to proactively review their health status after a busy year of work, and prepare a foundation for a healthy life for the new year.
Ms. Hoang Thi Quyen (35 years old, Gia Dinh ward) shared: When I heard that the unit was organizing health check-ups and digestive screening, I registered and took advantage of the opportunity to come early. For the past few weeks, I have had stomach pain but have hesitated to go to the doctor.
After examination, the doctor advised me that my condition was not worrisome, I just needed to take medicine and adjust some living habits. The whole year is busy with work, rarely thinking about going to the hospital for check-ups, but only after participating did I realize that I needed to proactively protect my health more".

Not only individuals, many families also consider this an opportunity to take care of their health together. Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang (43 years old, Ban Co ward) brought his wife and daughter in high school to participate.
"Last year I participated once and found the program very professional, so when I heard that this year the event would continue to be held, I took my whole family with me. With the dedicated advice of highly qualified doctors, I feel very secure. For me, nothing is more precious than health, and this is the most practical Christmas gift for my family, he said.
Mr. Hoang also highly appreciated the scientific organization, helping people not to wait too long, even though the number of people pouring in was very large.
The event series "Healthy Living Day Every Day 2025" is organized by Manulife in collaboration with the Vietnam Young Physicians Association with a strict professional process to ensure the quality of examination and consultation for people. The program focuses on young people aged 25 - 45 with the goal of helping them change their perception, creating a solid foundation for health in the future.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the program has the participation of more than 100 doctors from the Vietnam Young Physicians Association and a modern screening equipment system. People are given a variety of health examination items, including: general internal medicine examination, blood testing (glycemia, uric acid, blood lipids), specialist examination and paraclinical examination (cardiography, X-ray of the lungs, osteoporosis density measurement...).

The program also focuses on screening for digestive health problems, including HP bacteria screening and applying AI technology to support risk assessment. For cases that need further monitoring, people will be advised by doctors on appropriate in-depth examination.
Master, Doctor Ha Thanh Dat, Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, Member of the Executive Committee of the City Youth Union, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Physicians Association said: Healthy Living Day Every Day has practical significance in taking care of public health. The program provides opportunities for people, especially workers and young families, to access medical examination, screening and health consultation services in a systematic, convenient and free manner. These are practical activities, contributing to raising awareness of proactive health care and building a healthy lifestyle in the community.
According to information from the Organizing Committee, before coming to Ho Chi Minh City, a series of events for the 2025 Healthy Living Festival were held in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Thanh Hoa. This is a key activity in the campaign "Choose FARM for EASY - For a healthy Vietnam" to raise public awareness of digestive health.
Last year, this model provided more than 12,000 free health check-ups and digestive disease screening for people in many provinces and cities across the country, contributing to promoting people to change their health care habits.
