Need to spread the image of the 10th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival further

On May 21, the Organizing Committee of the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Buon Ma Thuot Victory, the liberation of Dak Lak province (March 10, 1975 - March 10, 2025) and the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025 held a summary conference.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, in the series of events last March, the locality attracted about 250,000 visitors. Of which, there are 1,800 international tourists coming to the province.

The province has promoted the coffee brand, developed Vietnamese specialty coffee as well as positioned the image of Buon Ma Thuot as the "Coffee City of the World".

At the same time, it honors coffee growers, processing and traders as well as the community that have joined hands to nurture the development of coffee culture in Dak Lak province.

In addition to the achieved results, the delegates also frankly acknowledged and pointed out a number of difficulties and limitations in propaganda, promotion, organization, and mobilization of socialized resources... Thereby, proposing practical and effective solutions to improve the quality of event organization in the coming years.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - said: "This is an important opportunity for the organizing committee to evaluate the implementation, results, and achievements in the process of organizing and implementing activities. From there, assess difficulties and limitations and propose solutions and orientations for activities in the coming time.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is trying to create a new model for the activities of the 10th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2027 to create new attraction and spread more strongly".
