Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARS), representatives of VARS in the provinces and cities: Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen and more than 300 brokers from inside and outside Thai Binh province.
At the ceremony, VNREA and VARS leaders said that the establishment and launch of the executive board in Thai Binh province is a continuation in the association's development journey; a basis and platform to lead and help, supporting the connection of real estate brokers in Thai Binh province with each other and with provinces and cities across the country effectively.
In addition, it helps members and the real estate community in Thai Binh improve their professional skills and skills to meet domestic and international standards.
This is also considered an important step forward for the real estate brokerage profession in Thai Binh and the real estate market in localities. VARS hopes that the new executive board in Thai Binh will create new momentum, create favorable conditions for the industrialization of the industry, as well as help the Thai Binh real estate market develop sustainably, transparently and stably.
Previously, on April 2, VARS issued Decision No. 91/2025/QD-VARS on the establishment of an executive committee in Thai Binh province. According to the content of this decision, the Executive Board is responsible for establishing relationships with organizations and individuals related to real estate brokerage in Thai Binh province; gathering, gathering, and connecting real estate brokers, domestic and foreign real estate investors and businesses in Thai Binh province to participate in becoming members of the association; organizing member activities.
In addition, collect, process and provide information about the real estate market, supply, demand, transaction situation... as well as forecast fluctuations in the real estate market in the province to provide to members and organizations and individuals in need.
