On January 27, the Market Management Department (QLTT) of Ninh Binh province said that implementing the peak plan for inspection and control of the market during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, on January 26, Market Management Team No. 11 coordinated with Ha Nam Ward Police, Ninh Binh province to inspect business households owned by Mr. P.V.C (address of Dinh Trang residential group, Ha Nam ward, Ninh Binh province).
Through inspection, the inspection team discovered that the facility was trading 300 kg of bean sprouts of unknown origin.
Market Management Team No. 11 issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against the above business household with a fine of 8 million VND, and at the same time forced the destruction of all violating goods.
