On January 23, the Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Department (QLTT) said that Market Management Team No. 1 had just coordinated with the Economic Police Department, Provincial Police to conduct a surprise inspection of L.B.A Import-Export Trading & Service Co., Ltd. (address Thien Truong Avenue, Dong A Ward, Ninh Binh Province).
At the time of inspection, the inspection team discovered and temporarily seized a shipment of more than 400 rolls of fabric of various types, which are goods of unknown origin; the value of exhibits is nearly 170 million VND.
The Head of Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Department issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against L.B.A Import-Export Trading & Service Co., Ltd. with a total administrative fine of 90 million VND, confiscating exhibits of violations.
In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 1 will continue to strengthen market inspection and control, promptly detect, prevent, and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law, contributing to stabilizing the market and protecting consumer rights.
