Can Tho - On the morning of September 12, a walk and parade program in traditional Vietnamese - Japanese costumes took place.

According to the organizers, the walking and parade program is one of a series of events belonging to the Vietnam - Japan Cultural and Commercial Exchange program in 2026.

This is a meaningful and unique activity, contributing to spreading friendship, strengthening the connection, understanding and trust between Can Tho City and localities, organizations, businesses and the people of Japan. Thereby, contributing to fostering the Vietnam-Japan cooperation relationship to become increasingly good, sustainable and extensive.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep - Vice Chairwoman of Can Tho City People's Committee emphasized that the program is not only an opportunity to promote the traditional cultural beauty of Vietnam and Japan, strengthen exchanges, understanding and connection between the people of the two countries, but also spread the spirit of sharing, towards children in difficult circumstances in the city.

Through this, Vietnam-Japan friendship is nurtured by practical, humane and meaningful community activities.

The Vietnam - Japan Cultural and Trade Exchange Program in Can Tho City in 2026 takes place from September 11-13, with more than 100 booths and a series of cultural and trade exchange activities, connecting Vietnam - Japan cooperation.
