On September 4, Can Tho City Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the City Police Director on the selection, conferment of ranks, and salary ranking for teachers to be accepted to work at People's Police Culture School (CAND) III.
At the ceremony, Can Tho City Police announced and awarded the decision of the City Police Director on the selection, conferment of ranks, and salary ranking for 8 teachers who were received and assigned to work at People's Police Culture School III.
Speaking to direct at the ceremony, Major General Huynh Viet Hoa - Director of Can Tho City Police congratulated the teachers who were just selected and assigned to work at the People's Police Culture School III; and emphasized that newly selected teachers must perform well two roles: both teachers and People's Police officers.
This is an honor, pride, and also sets high requirements for responsibility and effort. Therefore, each person needs to regularly cultivate, maintain moral qualities, improve professional capacity, proactively arrange work, quickly integrate into the new environment, and immediately start to perform assigned tasks.
Regarding the Board of Directors of People's Police Culture School III, the Director of Can Tho City Police proposed to continue to closely coordinate in the work of selecting, assigning, and arranging staff; pay attention to assigning work reasonably, suitable to the expertise, capacity, and strengths of newly recruited teachers. At the same time, build a mechanism to evaluate and check professional capacity to arrange and arrange the most appropriate work, gradually supplement and consolidate the team of management officials and teachers, ensuring sufficient quantity and meeting task requirements.
For the Department of Organization and Personnel, the Director of the City Police requested to continue to promote the role of advising the Board of Directors of the City Police in selecting, assigning, and arranging management officials and teachers to supplement and consolidate the school's staff.
For the collective of officials and teachers of People's Police Culture School III, the Director requested to continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, strive, promote the spirit of solidarity, help each other, overcome difficulties, and jointly successfully complete the assigned political tasks in accordance with the policy and direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security on the establishment of People's Police Culture School III.
The Director of the City Police also requested the Board of Directors, staff, and teachers of the school to focus on preparing and coordinating to successfully organize the 2026 - 2027 school year opening ceremony, scheduled to take place on September 5.
Speaking to receive the assignment, representatives of teachers selected and assigned to work at the People's Police Culture School III expressed their honor and pride in becoming officers and soldiers of the People's Police; and affirmed their determination to quickly access the new working environment, constantly study, train, improve professional qualifications and skills, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
