With three pillars including smart electric vehicles, renewable energy and smart IoT devices, the Vietnamese technology startup is building a team, preparing a factory and a Research and Development Center (R&D Tech Lab) in Hung Yen, aiming to launch the first products in the summer of 2027.
To realize this orientation, AVES is gradually building a team of personnel and operating capacity in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, quality management and supply chain.
Regarding personnel: AVES is currently looking for personnel for many professional positions in the fields of mechanical engineering, quality control, supplier quality, logistics and procurement, thereby gradually building a team to serve R&D, production and supply chain activities.
Regarding technology: Vietnamese startups are deploying the construction of R&D Tech Lab in Hung Yen, connecting technology research with product development, and gradually forming proactive capacity in design, testing and completing mobile solutions.
In addition to building a team and technological capacity, AVES also expands connections with the creative community to find new perspectives on vehicles and travel experiences. Accordingly, the business launched AVES Future Mobility Challenge 2026, a design competition for future electric motorbikes organized by AVES in collaboration with VnExpress online newspaper.
AVES Future Mobility Challenge 2026 accepts entries from September 21, 2026 to October 27, 2026, with a total prize value of 265 million VND. The competition includes 02 categories: Application Design and Idea Design, suitable for different levels of expertise and approaches in design idea development.
