On August 22, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Vu Thanh Xuan - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee - announced Decision No. 2168-QD/TU dated August 22, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of Editor-in-Chief of Lai Chau Newspaper and Radio and Television.
Accordingly, Ms. Dao Bich Van - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - ceased to hold the position of Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, and was transferred and appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of Lai Chau Newspaper and Radio and Television from August 22, 2025.
Presenting the decision and giving a speech assigning tasks, Mr. Vu Manh Ha - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee - congratulated Ms. Dao Bich Van on being assigned a new important responsibility by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Mr. Vu Manh Ha also suggested that in his new position, the new Editor-in-Chief should continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and sense of responsibility, unite with the Editorial Board, and direct the comprehensive implementation of the task. Pay attention to innovating the content and form of propaganda information, improving the quality of press, radio, television, and multimedia communication products.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Dao Bich Van - the new Editor-in-Chief of Lai Chau Newspaper and Radio and Television - promised to work with the Editorial Board to inherit the foundation, tradition, build and promote the spirit of solidarity and unity internally. Promote democracy, focus on intelligence to lead, direct, and organize the good implementation of political tasks in the coming time.
