On January 19, Thien Hanh General Hospital (Dak Lak province) informed that the unit had just organized a ceremony to receive international certificate ISO 15189:2022 for testing systems and ISO 9001:2015 for Artificial Kidney Units.
This event marks an important step forward in the roadmap for standardizing medical quality management. At the same time, it affirms the pioneering role of Thien Hanh General Hospital in applying international standards in the Central Highlands region.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Cong Thai - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that in the context of limited budget resources and increasing overload pressure at public health facilities, the role of private healthcare is extremely necessary.
The proactive implementation and application of ISO standards by medical facilities will contribute to improving treatment efficiency, rational use of medical resources and strengthening social trust in people's health care.

According to Mr. Quang, to achieve ISO 15189:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, the hospital has undergone a meticulous and methodical preparation process, from reviewing the current situation, building procedures, training personnel, standardizing facilities to trial operation and internal evaluation.
