Through the Khanh Hoa Provincial Reporting Portal, Ms. N.T.Q.H (residing in Khanh Hoa) submitted a report on the parking lot at Khanh Hoa General Hospital collecting fees higher than the listed fee and not returning the excess money to the person who parked the vehicle.
Accuse the bus company of not returning excess money
According to Ms. N.T.Q.H, the night parking fee is listed at 5 thousand VND/motorbike but the employee collects 10,000 VND; the day parking fee is 3 thousand VND but collects 5,000 VND/trip.
She also said that the vehicle parking staff did not lose the surplus money, there was no loudspeaker system to announce the fee, leading to difficulties in people's verification.
From the above concerns, she suggested that the hospital leaders and the Department of Health intervene, requiring the parking lot operator to clearly list and rectify the incorrect collection situation.
According to Lao Dong's research, Canh An Security Service Joint Stock Company was the winning bidder for the bicycle and motorbike parking service in the hospital premises.
After receiving feedback from the people, the hospital leaders asked the company to report and verify the incident.
In the report sent to the hospital, Mr. Nguyen Canh An - Director of Canh An Security Service Joint Stock Company - affirmed that the current collection rate is in accordance with the regulations of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, specifically:
Daytime (6:00 am to 7:00 pm): Bicycles: 1 thousand VND/trip; Motorbikes: 3 thousand VND/trip
Night (19:00 - before 6:00): Bicycles: 2 thousand VND/trip; Motorbikes: 5 thousand VND/trip
All day and night (6:00 am to 6:00 am the following day): Bicycles: 3 thousand VND/trip; Motorbikes: 8 thousand VND/trip
The business believes that at the peak of November 3, 2025, the crowded area may cause people to pay attention to the listed price list, leading to misunderstandings of the collection rate.
The company affirmed that the toll collection staff was "in accordance with the correct procedures", there were no cases of incorrect collection. However, the company said it will increase inspection and remind employees to communicate clearly to avoid similar misunderstandings.
The hospital regularly checks and has changed all parking lot managers
In a report to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health, Mr. Dang Duy Thanh - Deputy Director of the Provincial General Hospital - said that the hospital has proactively tried to contact the reporter to clarify the information, but the system does not provide a phone number so it cannot connect.
Mr. Thanh said that the hospital regularly checks the entrances and exits. Currently, each gate has 2 price lists with clear, easy-to-see letters:

The hospital admitted that it had previously recorded a situation where parking lot staff did not spend extra money on customers.
From October 1, 2025, Canh An Company has replaced all managers and employees to rectify operations.
