The signing ceremony took place on January 27 in Tokyo, Japan. The three parties agreed to promote cooperation in three main directions: Ensuring deployment resources; Coordinating business operations and Promoting research and development (R&D). The focus is on building a sufficiently capable supply model to meet large-scale projects and advanced technology requirements, including AI.
In this cooperation, NTT DATA plays the role of connecting customers, providing expertise in large-scale system deployment and overall project management. NTT DATA Vietnam is responsible for managing remote information technology (IT) service provision activities for the Japanese market in Vietnam, and coordinating business activities with local partners.
CMC Global - a member of CMC technology group focuses on supporting resource assurance (recruitment, training), providing solutions - services in technology segments such as AI, cloud computing and data analysis, and coordinating to expand business cooperation with CMC technology group.
The combination of strengths of the three parties is expected to help improve the capacity to meet new technologies such as AI, increase the ability to implement large-scale projects, and provide more flexible and competitive services.
Cooperation with NTT DATA is placed by CMC Global in the 2026 orientation of CMC Technology Group with the message "Accelerate your AI-X" - focusing on bringing AI into customer operation and growth problems, while upgrading service provision capacity standards according to international practices.
