On the afternoon of August 18, Hai Duong Ward Police (Hai Phong City) directly visited the house of an elderly party member to support the completion of procedures for issuing a Party card. Due to his old age, poor health and difficulty traveling, this party member could not go to the police headquarters to take the steps according to regulations.
This practical work demonstrates the sense of responsibility, concern and dedicated service attitude of the police force towards party members and people, thereby spreading a beautiful image of a close People's Police soldier, devoted to serving the people.
This is also a meaningful activity of Hai Duong Ward Police towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), affirming the determination to build an administrative system to serve and take the people as the center.
