According to the meteorological agency, the tropical depression is gusting to level 9, and is about to enter the sea area of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong.
From 1:00 p.m. today (September 18), Quang Ninh temporarily suspended the licensing of ships due to the impact of the tropical depression. The Hai Phong City Civil Defense Command has also just announced the ban on activities at river and sea gates.
The city strictly prohibits ships and boats from going to sea, stops exploitation, aquaculture, seafood fishing and other activities in river mouths, along the coast, and offshore; stops Cat Hai - Phu Long cable car activities; tourism and entertainment activities in the sea and island area from 2:00 p.m. on August 18.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet has just signed Decision No. 1015/QD-UBND approving the National Highway 14B Intersection project with the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway with a total investment of more than 537.5 billion VND. The project is implemented in Ba Na commune, with implementation period from 2025 to 2028.
The scale of the project includes the construction of an intersection other than the complete interconnection level. The main items include: building a bridge on National Highway 14B over the expressway, taking advantage of and expanding the existing bridge of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan route. The project will also expand the Hoa Lien - Quang Ngai branch, complete the existing 4 right branch and build 4 new indirect left branch.
