From April 5-7, Hai Duong province had 4 violations of social order. The cases have been investigated, clarified 100%, and 4 cases with 6 defendants have been prosecuted for the crimes of: violating regulations on traffic participation, fraud to appropriate property, organizing and illegally trading drugs. The authorities also successfully persuaded the two wanted subjects to surrender.
During the 3 days of holiday, the Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Provincial Police mobilized maximum forces, closely coordinated with the local police and 151 working groups to patrol and control the area. Thanks to that, traffic safety is ensured, serving the travel needs of the people well.
The whole province recorded 2 traffic accidents, killing 1 person and injuring 2 others. The authorities have fined more than 240 cases of violating traffic safety order. Of which, there were 40 cases of alcohol concentration violations, 68 cases of speeding and 40 people not wearing helmets.
Also during this time, a fire broke out at a plastic wire factory of a resident in Vinh Hong commune (Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province) at around 11:50 p.m. on April 6. The fire did not cause any human casualties, the fire area was about 200m2, the initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit.
