The program content is built closely following current legal regulations such as the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue in 2024; Decree No. 105/2025 of the Government and Circular No. 06/2022 of the Ministry of Education and Training on equipping students with fire prevention and fighting knowledge and skills. Thereby, ensuring authenticity, synchronization and conformity with educational practice.

Not stopping at conveying theory, the program focuses on practical activities and experiences with many hypothetical situations that are close to reality.
Participants are guided to recognize the risk of fire and explosion, how to handle it initially when an incident occurs, use on-site fire fighting equipment, as well as safe escape skills in smoke and fire environments.
Through the training contents, the organizers aim for 5 key goals: helping participants understand correctly and fully the legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting and rescue; firmly grasp the principle of "prevention is the main thing, firefighting is timely"; master the skills of using initial fire fighting equipment; know how to escape safely; and at the same time train the psychology of calmness and proactiveness when encountering incidents.

At the program, officers of the Fire and Rescue Police Department, Lao Cai Provincial Police directly guided and demonstrated basic skills, and at the same time answered many practical situations that teachers, parents and students may encounter.
The training session atmosphere was exciting, with the active participation of students in each practical part.
