According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper in the last days of April 2026, at the Hung Viet Commune Police headquarters, Phu Tho province, a large number of parents brought their children to the Commune Police headquarters to carry out procedures for issuing ID cards as well as electronic identification accounts.

At the time of recording, despite the dark night and rainy weather, parents and students patiently waited.
The small yard of Hung Viet Commune Police became lively, filled with the laughter of parents, especially students, when they met each other in a strange place different from their familiar school.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao - a resident of Dong Can area, Hung Viet commune - shared: "The issuance of ID cards and electronic identification for children is necessary. In my opinion, it is a big step forward in digital transformation. Now it may take a little effort, but later when there are issues related to dossiers, procedures, payment, health, security... it will be more convenient".

According to Hung Viet Commune Police, closely following the direction of the Provincial Police, the unit has proactively developed specific plans, clearly assigned tasks to each officer and soldier; actively advised the Party Committee and local authorities to mobilize the involvement of the entire political system - to deploy the work of issuing CCCD cards and electronic identification accounts to students.
During the implementation process, the unit has closely coordinated with kindergartens, elementary schools, and secondary schools in the area - organizing propaganda and informing parents about the meaning and importance of issuing ID cards and electronic identification accounts.

To speed up the progress, the Commune Police have arranged forces, vehicles, and full equipment; organized flexible and scientific dossier receipt, creating maximum favorable conditions for people, especially students and parents.
Officers and soldiers directly performing tasks always uphold the spirit of responsibility, provide dedicated and thoughtful guidance, contributing to improving the rate of receiving and processing dossiers in accordance with regulations.
Thanks to that, Hung Viet Commune Police is one of the typical units that well implemented the set plan.
The results achieved not only contribute to accelerating the progress of issuing CCCD cards and electronic identification accounts for children but also raise people's awareness of digital transformation, creating an important foundation in building digital government and digital society.
