The "Digital Transformation Volunteer" team includes commune police officers, soldiers and youth union members with knowledge of information technology, shock spirit, and community volunteering.
This force will directly support people in performing administrative procedures, instruct them to install and activate electronic identification accounts, and resolve problems in the process of using online public services.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, volunteers were present at the commune People's Committee headquarters to instruct people to install and use the VNeID electronic identification application, creating an exciting, friendly and friendly atmosphere.
The leaders of Cam Hong commune expect the model to become a bridge between the government and the people in the digital transformation process, contributing to building a modern and transparent e-government, while spreading the spirit of "serving the people" among the police force and youth union members.
