Lao Cai - Xuan Quang Commune Police proactively connect jobs, helping people granted amnesty to soon stabilize their lives and reintegrate into the community.

On June 27, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that Xuan Quang Commune Police are effectively implementing the "Three-First" emulation movement in community reintegration work.

Implementing the Party and State's policy and the direction of the Provincial Police on supporting people granted amnesty, the unit has implemented many practical activities, contributing to helping those who have made mistakes soon stabilize their lives.

On June 25, Xuan Quang Commune Police organized a meeting to encourage Mr. G.S. S. (born 1972, residing in Lang Co 1 village, Xuan Quang commune), who was granted amnesty and returned to the locality from June 1, 2026.

Through grasping the situation, the police force found that Mr. S. did not have a stable job, the family's economy was still difficult, and he was taking care of his elderly mother.

However, he always complies well with local regulations, is aware of correcting mistakes and wishes to work to stabilize his life.

The commune police directly met and encouraged Mr. S. to overcome his inferiority complex, feel secure in rebuilding his life, strictly comply with the law and not re-offend.

In parallel with that, the unit proactively connects with production and business establishments in the area to find suitable jobs.

After a process of mobilization, Mr. Giang Seo Chung's sawn timber processing workshop in Lang Co 2 village received Mr. S. to do the job of drying sawn timber.

The expected income is from 6-13 million VND/month, depending on labor productivity. A stable job helps him have conditions to take care of his family and gradually integrate into the community.

According to Lao Cai Provincial Police, supporting people granted special amnesty to have jobs not only helps them feel confident in rebuilding their lives but also contributes to preventing recidivism and maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.

This activity also shows the spirit of "when people need, when people have difficulty, there is Police", and at the same time concretizes the "Three-First" emulation movement in the People's Police force.

Xuan Quang Commune Police acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility of Mr. Giang Seo Chung and the forestry product processing facility for creating job opportunities for people who have made mistakes.

In the coming time, the unit will continue to coordinate with the government, businesses and production facilities to support vocational training, create jobs, help people who have served their prison sentences reintegrate into the community, contributing to building a safe and stable area.
