On June 9, Trinh Tuong Commune Police said that the unit is strengthening the implementation of many solutions to prevent and combat drowning accidents in the area to protect the safety of people, especially children, during the summer vacation.

Previously, on June 8, the Trinh Tuong Commune Police Youth Union coordinated with the Culture Department of the Commune People's Committee, the General Service Center, the Commune Youth Union and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to organize field surveys and put up warning signs in ponds, lakes, rivers, streams, and deep water locations with potential risks of drowning accidents.
Through review, functional forces have selected many high-risk points, where people and children regularly pass by, to install warning signs.
The content on the signs is designed to be visual and easy to recognize to remind people to raise awareness of prevention, avoid approaching or playing in unsafe areas.

In addition to erecting warning signs, participating forces also directly propagate and disseminate knowledge and skills to prevent drowning to people.
In which, especially emphasizing the role of families in managing and supervising children during summer vacation; not allowing children to arbitrarily swim in rivers, streams, ponds, lakes or play in areas at risk of unsafety.
According to Trinh Tuong Commune Police, summer always hides many risks of drowning accidents for children and teenagers.
Therefore, proactively reviewing and installing warning signs at dangerous points is a practical solution to raise community awareness, contributing to preventing unfortunate incidents that may occur.
