The social housing area is planned and newly built, providing housing needs for nearly 2,000 residents in Hoi An Tay ward, Da Nang with a total investment of about 1,500 billion VND.
This is an important component of the Thanh Ha Urban Area project - commercial name Royal An Nam Living - with a scale of 66.2ha, located on the traffic axis connecting Da Nang with Hoi An, started on June 26. The investor is Royal Capital Group.
On the same day, Royal Capital organized the commencement of phases II, III and IV of the Royal An Nam Living project. The project is planned with about 1,400 products including land plots, shophouses and villas. Previously, phase I completed infrastructure on an area of 19.2ha with 349 products along with internal traffic system, parks, squares, landscape lakes and necessary legal conditions to bring products to the market.
According to the investor representative, the new phases have a total investment of about 5,000 billion VND, focusing on completing technical infrastructure, transportation systems and key utilities. The project is oriented to develop synchronously, connecting with important traffic routes in the area to promote trade, service development and form a long-term residential community.
In addition to the social housing area, the project also invests in a 3.1ha scale commercial center, oriented to become a shopping, service, culinary and entertainment complex serving residents inside the area as well as neighboring areas.
In addition, the investor develops a sports complex with many items such as swimming pools, pickleball courts, football fields and other community utilities. With a construction density of about 30%, most of the remaining area is reserved for green space, landscape and public works.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Sven, CEO of Royal Capital Group, said that the implementation of the next phases demonstrates the company's commitment to building a modern, synchronous and sustainable urban area.
According to the investor, the parallel development of commercial housing and social housing not only contributes to diversifying the real estate supply but also meets the housing needs of many groups, gradually completing urban infrastructure and creating more development momentum for the southern Da Nang area and Hoi An region.
