Dak Nong has just issued a plan to implement Directive No. 10 dated March 25, 2025 of the Prime Minister on promoting the development of small and medium enterprises.
Accordingly, heads of departments and district-level authorities proactively and actively develop small and medium enterprises, as well as promote startups. This is considered a key task that needs to be prioritized.
The province also assigned specialized agencies to research and develop policies to support the formation of large-scale enterprises.
Large enterprises will play a leading role in leading small and medium enterprises to participate in the value chain in key and strengthening industries and fields of the province, such as agricultural processing. The goal is to create products of national stature.
To develop small and medium-sized enterprises, Dak Nong has promoted support policies, creating conditions for access to capital and funds, and venture investors.
To expand the market for agricultural products of the province, especially OCOP products, Dak Nong will strengthen trade promotion.
Dak Nong currently has 3,856 enterprises, with a total registered capital of VND 40,260 billion and 33,682 employees. Most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises.
In March 2025, Dak Nong allocated VND 2.56 billion and assigned the Department of Finance to preside over the implementation of support for small and medium enterprises.
