On January 18, Vinh Long Provincial Police said that Tan Quoi Commune Police are consolidating files to handle 2 cases of property theft in the late night.
Accordingly, at 00:30 on January 8, the Task Force of Tan Quoi Commune Police conducted patrols to ensure security and order on key roads of the commune, when arriving at the section of National Highway 54 belonging to Group 16, Tan Thuan hamlet, Tan Quoi commune, they discovered 1 subject driving a motorbike with suspicious signs carrying 4 jackfruits, so the police force signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection.
Through inspection, the subject confessed his name was T.V.B.N (born in 1972, Tan Quoi commune, confessed that the above 4 jackfruits were stolen from the garden of Mr. N.V.A (born in 1965, Tan Duong hamlet, Tan Luoc commune).
Then, at about 2:25 am, the patrol force continued to discover two subjects driving a motorbike carrying two jackfruit fruits with suspicious signs. When asked to stop the vehicle for inspection, the subjects accelerated to escape and were chased and controlled.
Working with functional forces, two subjects T.V.T.V (born in 2003, Tan Quoi commune) and T.N.Y (born in 2008, Tan Thoi hamlet, Phong Hoa commune, Dong Thap province) confessed that the above jackfruit was stolen from two households in Tan Luoc commune.
Currently, 2 cases have been consolidated by Tan Quoi Commune Police, handling the subjects according to regulations.
