An Giang - The body of a 13-year-old boy was found by locals in Bai Bon quarter, Phu Quoc special zone.

On the afternoon of October 25, Mr. Le Dung Sy - Head of Xa Luc Border Guard Station, Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province, said that the body of a 13-year-old boy in the suspected disappearance while diving in the sea had been found.

Sea people discovered the boy's body in Bai Bon neighborhood, about 7km from the scene of the incident.

Currently, Xa Luc Border Guard Station has sent forces to coordinate with the people to bring the boy's body back to hand over to the family for burial. At the same time, coordinate with local authorities to investigate the cause.

As reported, at around 9:00 p.m. on October 22, N.M.T (13 years old, living in An Giang) and his relatives went diving. The boat was docked about 2km from shore, when the boat owner and members of the diving crew had just boarded the boat, they could not find T anywhere, so they reported to the authorities to assist in the search.

T's family said that T had just been from the mainland to a relative's house for half a month when this incident happened.

Because the incident occurred at night, along with bad weather, it was difficult to search. The authorities and people have tried to search for the child.
