At noon on August 31, a traffic accident occurred between two trucks in the area of Xom Tram intersection, Duy Chau village, Thu Bon commune, Da Nang city.
According to initial information, after the collision, a truck rushed towards the roadside, breaking an electric pole. The electrical wires and cables in the area were pulled down to the road surface, causing traffic obstruction and potential danger.
At the scene, two trucks were lying blocking part of the intersection area, many fragments were scattered on the road surface. Electric poles were broken, tilted and fallen along with the transmission line system.
Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties.
After the incident occurred, relevant units proceeded to handle the scene, fix the power pole incident and ensure traffic safety through the area.
The cause of the accident is being clarified by functional agencies.
