Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Director of the Traffic Police Department on inspecting students who violate traffic order and safety and their families handing over vehicles to people who are not qualified to drive, on November 4, the Traffic Police Department - Lao Cai Provincial Police arranged 50 Working Groups with 154 traffic police officers, soldiers and 82 commune-level police officers to participate in the implementation.
During the implementation process, the force invited representatives of the Board of Directors of schools to coordinate in conducting a general inspection of 199 parking lots, including 112 parking lots in the school and 87 parking lots around the school gate area.

The inspection results showed that there were 174 cases of students who were not qualified to drive vehicles to school. Of these, 103 cases parked at school parking lots and 71 cases parked at people's parking lots around school gates.
At the same time, 735 cases of using helmets that do not meet standards were detected, including 601 cases at the school's parking lot and 134 cases at the parking lots around the school.

The task force invited 126 parents to work to report the violation and requested them to sign a commitment not to hand over vehicles to students who are not qualified to drive vehicles.
At the same time, 94 schools are required to strictly implement the commitment not to keep motorbikes and mopeds for unqualified students and request 74 parking lots of people around the school gate area not to receive or keep motorbikes and mopeds of unqualified students.
