The removal of self-opened crossings across the railway aims to ensure safety for people and trains when traveling through the area.
Currently, the whole province of Ha Tinh still has 74 self-opened crossings intersecting with the railway. Continuing to remove these paths is extremely urgent. Authorities need to strengthen closer and more drastic coordination to complete the goal of eliminating all self-opened crossings, ensuring safe railway traffic.
The railway line through Ha Tinh province has a total length of 70.28 km, passes through 20 communes and towns, and has 8 stations. Authorities recommend that people always comply with traffic regulations and use legal paths to protect their lives and property.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on March 1, in Duc Lien Commune (Vu Quang District, Ha Tinh Province), a railway traffic accident occurred between a cargo ship and a truck at a self-opened lane, causing many train cars to overturn, paralyzing railway traffic for more than a day and a night.
