According to a leader of Khanh Vinh Yen Commune People's Committee (Can Loc District), at around 8:00 p.m. on April 7, on Provincial Road 548 through Hoa Binh Village, Khanh Vinh Yen Commune, an accident occurred between a container truck with license plate: 12H-003.xx and a motorbike with license plate 38N2 - 04xx.
As a result, T.H.D (born in 2009, residing in Nghen town, Can Loc district) died, and the person on the motorbike was seriously injured.
Upon receiving the report, the traffic police force coordinated with the authorities to be present to direct traffic and investigate the cause.
On the same afternoon, at 4:30 p.m. in Huong Lam commune (Huong Khe district), a traffic accident also occurred, killing one person.
Accordingly, the truck with license plate 38C - 197.xx driven by Mr. N.V.L (born in 1999, residing in La Khe village, Huong Trach commune, Huong Khe) carrying construction materials was traveling on DH 54 when it reached Huong Lam commune, when it lost control and overturned, causing the driver to die on the spot.

At that time, Ms. H was cleaning the reflective panel on National Highway 1 when a car with license plate 77A - 317.xx traveling from North to South hit her.
While cleaning the national highway, female worker T.T.H placed warning signs and hung a traffic hat from a distance in accordance with regulations to ensure safety, however, accidents still occurred.
At about 2:50 p.m. on April 8, on National Highway 15 through Phu Phong Commune (Huong Khe District), an accident occurred between a car with license plate 37K - 71x.xx and a motorbike with license plate 38S1 - 09xx, seriously injuring the motorbike driver and taking him to the emergency room by local residents.
Previously, according to a report by the Ha Tinh Department of Construction, in the first quarter of 2025, the whole Ha Tinh province had 90 accidents, killing 62 people and injuring 41 people.
In that situation, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province issued a document directing the focus on solutions to limit traffic accidents in the area.
