    Ha Tinh - A body floating on the lake in Ky Thu commune (Ky Anh district) has just been discovered by local residents, waiting for the authorities to determine its identity.

    Mr. Phan Van Thien - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Thu commune - said that at around 3:00 p.m. on February 19, local people discovered a body with long hair lying on the ground (suspected to be female) floating on the surface of a shrimp pond in the area outside the Hai Ha Thu dike in the administrative boundary of Ky Thu commune.

    Immediately after the discovery, the people reported it to the local authorities and the Ky Thu Commune Police.

    Currently, the authorities have blocked off the scene, waiting for the Criminal Techniques Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police to enter to conduct an autopsy, autopsy, and identify the victim.
