Previously, through grasping the situation in cyberspace, on July 31, Cam Duong Ward Police discovered a video on the TikTok platform recording the scene of a teenage boy driving a white electric motorbike wheeling on the extended Tran Hung Dao street, in Cam Duong ward.

Immediately after the discovery, functional forces proceeded to verify and search for the driver and vehicle appearing in the video.

Based on current regulations, the Traffic Police Department of Lao Cai Provincial Police has handled the case and applied the form of confiscating violating vehicles.

According to the police agency, the act of driving a vehicle with one wheel (first wheel) poses a very high risk of causing traffic accidents, threatening the safety of the driver and traffic participants.

Filming and posting violating videos on social networks to attract views and interaction can also create imitation effects and encourage dangerous behaviors.

The police recommend that parents strengthen management and educate their children to strictly comply with the provisions of law on traffic order and safety; not to implement, encourage or post illegal acts on social networks.
