Fire in apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City, people flee in black smoke
On the afternoon of October 20, a fire broke out on the 27th floor of RiverGate Residence, causing many residents to panic, holding their children and hugging flowers to run away amidst the black smoke.
According to initial information, at around 4pm the same day, smoke suddenly rose from an apartment on the 27th floor of the building. The fire quickly spread to the balcony and hallway, bringing thick black smoke to the entire area, threatening many surrounding apartments.
The fire alarm rang continuously, causing panic among residents living in the apartment building. Many people rushed out of the apartment, jostling to move by the stairs. Some people had to carry their children, while many others ran and coughed due to inhaling smoke.

On October 20, on the La Son - Tuy Loan Expressway, through Hai Van Ward, a traffic accident occurred involving 3 cars, injuring 2 drivers.
According to initial information, at around 9:30 a.m., the truck with license plate 64C-07734 traveling from North to South, when reaching Km42+200, hit the rear of the truck 79H-009.28 traveling in the same direction, then continued to collide with the truck 37H-656.17 stopping on the side of the road.

The case of nearly 250 students suspected of food poisoning, summoning a food supplier
In the case of nearly 250 students suspected of food poisoning, the Center has summoned Nam Thanh Ha Noi Company Limited to clarify the cause.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of October 14, many students at the Center for National Defense and Security Education - Thai Nguyen University showed symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea, suspected of food poisoning.
Statistics show that 244 students were affected and were taken for monitoring and health care, of which 9 cases had to be transferred to A Thai Nguyen Hospital for examination.
