According to initial information, at around 9:30 a.m., the truck with license plate 64C-07734 traveling from North to South, when reaching Km42+200, hit the rear of the truck 79H-009.28 traveling in the same direction, then continued to collide with the truck 37H-656.17 stopping on the side of the road.
The strong collision injured two drivers of vehicles 37H-656.17 and 64C-077.34. Immediately after receiving the report, the Traffic Police and Da Nang City Police forces coordinated with the Mui Trau Road tunnel operation management team to be present at the scene, regulate traffic and take the victims to the emergency room.
The accident caused local congestion on the expressway for a short time. Currently, the police are investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.
