Chinese yellow oysters are pouring into markets in the North in large quantities. However, the origin of yellow oysters according to the seller's revelation is mainly smuggled through unofficial channels.

For many days in Quang Ninh, a group of reporters from Lao Dong Newspaper have visited each market and oyster farming area in Cam Pha, Dam Ha, Van Don, Quang Yen, Mong Cai... to clarify the route of Chinese golden oysters smuggled into the country, then impersonated Van Don - Quang Ninh oysters... to sneak into each restaurant and meal of the people.

The consequences are not small when many households raising star apple in Quang Ninh are forced to pay prices by traders, output is at a standstill, and life is difficult. Some people were forced to withdraw their rafts and abandon their seals because they could not withstand the "storm" of smuggled oysters.
