Prenn Pass - the gateway to Da Lat will be open to traffic in one direction from November 25
On the afternoon of November 24, Mr. Le Ngoc Tien, Director of Lam Dong Department of Construction, said that during the recent flood, a number of national highways and important traffic routes in Lam Dong province were damaged and landslides.
In particular, Prenn Pass and Mimosa Pass were seriously eroded, making it impossible to travel from November 18 to 19.
The Department of Construction has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue an emergency situation; at the same time, coordinate with relevant units to deploy Larsen wood deposits and reinforce negative slopes. The route is expected to be temporarily opened to traffic from November 25.

The Ministry of Construction said that by 10:00 a.m. on November 24, 2025, heavy rain and floods had caused serious flooding and landslides, causing hundreds of traffic jams. Although central and local forces have made efforts to implement many solutions, the amount of damage on the national highway system is huge, there are still 15 locations of traffic jams on national highways managed by the locality.
