Tuyen Quang specialized students admitted to university will still be handled if violations are detected
On July 15, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tien Thao - Director of the Higher Education Department, Ministry of Education and Training - said that regarding the incident that occurred at Tuyen Quang Specialized High School, functional agencies are urgently investigating, verifying and clarifying the incident.
While there is no conclusion from the competent authority for each candidate, students at this exam site are still allowed to register for admission according to the general plan. In case it is later determined which candidate violates the exam regulations or admission regulations, that candidate will be handled according to regulations, corresponding to the nature and severity of the violation.
Mr. Thao affirmed that the registration of aspirations is only to record the right to participate in admission consideration; does not generate a passing quota, does not retain a place at a university and does not reduce the school's quota.

Air travelers on September 2nd welcome good news as Noi Bai airport increases operating capacity
In order to meet the increasing travel demand of passengers during the peak summer of 2026 and the National Day holiday September 2nd, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has just announced the adjustment of the parameters for coordinating take-off and landing times (slots) at Noi Bai International Airport.

Accordingly, in two peak periods from July 15 to August 15, 2026 and from August 24 to September 6, 2026, the coordination parameter in the domestic terminal area will be increased to 17 flights/hour. At the same time, the operating capacity in the runway area and flight operation service in the time frame from 6:00 AM to 23:59 PM (Hanoi time) will be increased from 42 flights/hour to 44 flights/hour.
This is a solution to improve passenger service capacity in the context of the expected sharp increase in air travel demand during the summer and National Day holidays.

According to the Southern Regional Hydrometeorological Station, in the next 24-48 hours, the hot low pressure in the West will maintain stable intensity. The Southwest monsoon in the Southern region tends to gradually decrease in intensity and operate at an average level.
In the next 3-10 days, the hot low pressure from the West will continue to control the southern part of China and the north of our country. Southwest monsoons will maintain average intensity, from around July 18 onwards, there will be a slight increase in intensity.
Therefore, the Southern region has scattered showers and thunderstorms with rainfall of 10-30 mm, locally heavy rain over 70 mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night).
