Pharmaceutical product warehouse in Hanoi caught fire
After a loud explosion, a pharmaceutical warehouse caught fire, many people inside quickly moved out.
Initial information, the incident occurred at around 11:00 a.m. on October 10 at a warehouse containing pharmaceutical products in Nghia Hao village, Phu Nghia commune (Hanoi).
Witness at the scene said they heard a loud explosion coming from the warehouse. Black smoke then billowed.

Hanoi operates 131 flood pumping stations

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the water level in some rivers in the area is still high, the units have operated 131 pumping stations to drain water.
According to a report by the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, floods on the Cau and Ca Lo rivers have caused flooding for nearly 3,300 households (more than 10,500 people). The authorities have evacuated nearly 8,500 people, mainly in Trung Gia, Thu Lam, Tien Thang, and Da Phuc communes.
Currently, the water level of major rivers passing through the area such as the Da River, Red River, and Duong River is below alert level I, but is still at a high level. Meanwhile, the Tich and Bui rivers are above alert level II; the Day rivers are above alert level I; while the Nhue and My Ha rivers are below alert level I.

Timely prevent 75-year-old woman from withdrawing 300 million VND to transfer to a scammer
When the bank withdrew 300 million from savings to transfer to a scammer on the internet, the 75-year-old woman was fortunately stopped in time.
According to Phuc Trach Commune Police, on October 9, Ms. N.T.T (75 years old, residing in Village 10, Phuc Trach Commune) went to the bank to withdraw the entire amount of 300 million VND.
Realizing many suspicious signs, the bank employee reported to the Phuc Trach Commune Police. Immediately afterwards, the police approached and verified the incident.
According to Ms. T, on the same day she received a phone call from a stranger claiming to be a police officer. The subject informed her that she was involved in a drug trafficking case and asked her to immediately transfer 300 million VND to the account provided by them to "serve the investigation".
