Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security, Hanoi Traffic Police Department has just handled a case of a tractor-trailer dropping goods onto the road while traveling on the elevated Ring Road 3, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety.
Previously, a clip appeared on social networks recording the scene of many pieces of material shaped like thin metal sheets falling from a tractor-trailer onto the elevated Ring Road 3. Fortunately, at that time, the pieces of material did not hit vehicles traveling in the same direction.

While repairing in a garage, a passenger car suddenly caught fire fiercely

On the afternoon of May 27, functional agencies of Dak Lak province are investigating the cause of the sleeper bus fire that occurred while the vehicle was being repaired.
According to initial information, at about 11:30 am on the same day, a sleeper bus of H.V bus company (running the Dak Lak - Da Nang route) was being repaired at a garage in Ea Hiao commune, Dak Lak province when it suddenly caught fire fiercely.
The fire was determined to have broken out from the front of the car and then quickly spread, covering the entire vehicle. Discovering the incident, many people used mini fire extinguishers and water hoses to put out the fire but were unsuccessful.

Ho Chi Minh City licenses sidewalk use through software, prohibits business
Ho Chi Minh City pilots software to manage, license and collect fees for temporary use of roads and sidewalks. Business and trading activities are not eligible for licensing.
On May 27, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a document agreeing on the policy of applying software to temporarily manage and use roadways and sidewalks in the city according to the proposal of the Department of Construction.
The pilot implementation period is 18 months. After this time, the city will comprehensively assess the effectiveness of the implementation to consider and decide on the next plan.
The software built by VNPT HCMC will serve both management agencies and people and businesses with many features such as receiving online dossiers, processing licensing, managing electronic dossiers and connecting to the Information System for resolving administrative procedures of the Ministry of Construction.
