The authorities are taking more fish and water samples in Cap Tien and Van Don villages to determine the cause of mass fish deaths in recent days.
The marine aquaculture point in the Van Don 1 bridge area (Cap Tien village, Van Don special zone) currently has about 25 households raising fish in cages, mainly yellow-legged standard fish, perch and perch.
On October 13, after discovering yellow-legged arrests and fish in cages dead in large numbers, many households reported the incident to local authorities.
On October 17, the local government took 3 dead fish samples and sent them to the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Quang Ninh province for testing and determining the cause.
